ISSA is Internet assistant where you can manage your account independently without going to sales office. You just need to visit Internet page www.issa.ge.
Via Internet helper you can learn:
- information about your payment details (for last 6-months);
- approximate date of your number suspension;
- list of services, available on your account;
- your Tariff Plan;
- activate or deactivate services;
- Load balance refill card (you can use this service while roaming as well)
Besides you can request your monthly invoice/ call details* list by e-mail or Fax.
in order to use Internet assistant you have to visit www.issa.ge, enter your number and password**.
* For using this service, please contact Geocell customer relation department or service offices.
** To get your password, type any two symbols in the SMS menu (e.g. ch) and send to the number 70507.
