In case your phone is lost we suggest to follow the instructions bellow:
- If you are interested in called numbers, after your phone got lost, you can go to Geocell sale office and request the detailed information on calls. Please consider that Geocell will not reimburse the cost of the calls.
- You can also have the number suspended. In this case, please present a personal Identification Card at the Geocell sale office. If the number belongs to an organization, please submit an application written on headed stationery that has either a logo or a stamp.
To search for your lost phone, you have to apply to the local police department and submit the 15-digit IMEI code of your handset.
