Voice Mail is a rather convenient service giving you a chance to receive voice massages when:
- You have switched off your phone
- You are busy
- You are unreachable, or
- Simply can not answer the call
Voice Mailbox can save maximum 6 voice messages, each with duration not more than 5 min. If you want to delete some messages, you should press 2, while listening the message. To learn when and from which number was the message received, press 4 while listening to it.
Activation:
To activate voicemail, you have to either make call divert on number 7021 from the phone menu, or use following codes:
- Divert on voicemail when you are unreachable - * * 62 * 7021# OK;
- Divert on voicemail when you don’t answer your phone - * * 61 * 7021# OK;
- Divert on voicemail when you are busy on the line - * * 67 * 7021# OK;
- Divert on voicemail of all incoming calls without any conditions - * * 21 * 7021# OK;
To cancel the service, dial # # 002 # OK.
Listening to Voice Mail messages:
- From your mobile: call 7020 and enter your voice mail pin-code and #;
- From a landline or other mobile operator network: call 877 702300, enter index, your GSM number, then press # enter your pin code and #;
- From foreign telephone network: call +99577 702300, dial index, your GSM number, then press #, enter your pin code and #;
Note: 1234 is a default voice mail Pin code, unless you change it for security purposes.
Pin-Code change:
Call 7020 (only from mobile phone), enter your present pin-code and press # key, then 2, 3, enter a new 4-digit code and #. Redial the new Pin code and press #.
Language Selection:
You can select the language of announcements, following the instructions bellow: call 7020, enter pin-code and press # key, then 2, 4 and:
• 1 - for Georgian
• or 2 - for English language.
Personal Greeting
To record your own personal greeting, you have to: Call 7020 (Only from mobile phone), enter your pin-code, press #, and then dial 2, 5, 2. After a signal you can record a new greeting and when you have finished, press * and 2.
