Starting from January 28, 2009 Geocell offers LaiLai subscribers the most competitive International tariffs, while dialing through +, 00 or 106200 to the following destinations:

and follow instructions. Monthly fee for the first month - 2 GEL will be deducted from the account upon activation.
After every 30 days from the activation, if there is enough amount (more than 2GEL) on your account the monthly service fee will be deducted from it and the discount will be prolonged for another 30 days. Otherwise, the discount will be deactivated.
International discount can be activated by all Lailai subscribers except those who have already activated the following tariffs: “triple 0”, “1-10” and “12 Tetri”. If subscribers want to activate International discount, first they should deactivate existing tariff and then dial *144# OK.
Call rounding will be 1 second. Tariffs include VAT.
