Note:

- Upon activation of Roaming Service GPRS services will be automatically deactivated (GPRS services are not available in roaming)

- In case the roaming service is deactivated while being in roaming, it is impossible for customer to reactivate it form mobile phone unless subscriber addresses Geocell customer care centre

- After deactivation of Roaming, GPRS services are automatically reactivated

- If the Customer’s number is deactivated partially (can not receive the incoming calls) incoming call will not be available in Roaming as well


Network Selection - network selection rules are the same as for Geocell (877) case.

Calculation of roaming tariffs is based on tariff schemes provided by roaming partners

In roaming Lai Lai subscriber should follow dialing rules given below:

- To all mobile networks in Georgia: +/00 995 index and number (for example: +/00 99593XXXXXX);

- To Georgian Land line numbers: +/00 995 city code and the number

- To Tbilisi Local number: +/00 955 32 and the number

In roaming Geocell subscriber can be reached by dialing:

- From any international number: +/00 995 index and number (for example: +/00 99593XXXXXX)

- From any Georgian network: +/00 995 index and number (for example: +/00 99593XXXXXX)

To send SMS customer should dial:

+/00 country code, Mobile operator code and the number

In roaming Geocell and Lai Lai customers can reach Geocell’s customer care on the following numbers: +/00 995 32 277 01 13 or the short code 7777.

*Calls to Geocell’s customer care number are charged by Roaming partners as international call to Georgia.
