Conditions
Service activation/deactivation:
For service activation customer should visit Geocell service office, submit personal ID, sign roaming contract and put corresponding amount on the deposit.
For the deactivation of the service, submission of personal ID and signing deactivation document is also must. Procedure of claiming deposit back or transferring money from the roaming deposit to the customer’s general account takes 1 month after service deactivation.
How to use
Network Selection - When being abroad and mobile phone cannot find the network of roaming partner automatically, or there is need to use other operator’s service (because of lower tariffs or better coverage area), roamer can choose the desired network manually. For this he should go to menu option - network selection- manual and choose the desired network from the list.

In roaming Geocell customer can also refill the balance through Geocell Internet assistan – ISSA, this can be done from the internet page www.issa.ge. Customer is requested to indicate the number and ISSA password. Password in turn is available by sending any 2 symbols by SMS on the number 70507

Tariffs
Calculation of roaming tariffs is based on tariff schemes provided by roaming partners. Roaming tariffs permanently change and differ operator by operator. Roaming tariffs are different even within the same country.
*Roamer is charged for both incoming and outgoing calls. Geocell has a flat rate for roaming incoming calls (rounding 1 second). In case, a roaming partner imposes own rate on incoming calls (rounding of which depends on the roaming partner), the geocell roamer will be charged at this rate as well.
Incoming and outgoing MMS are charged as well
* While roaming roamer can call to Satellite and Inmarsat numbers. It’s recommended before going abroad to contact Geocell customer care and verify roaming partners’ tariffs on Satellite and Inmarsat calls.

Dialing Rules:
In roaming Geocell subscriber should follow dialing rules given below:
- To Geocell and Lai Lai Customers: +/00 995 index and number (for example: +/00 995 5 93XXXXXX)
- To other mobile networks in Georgia: +/00 995 index and the number
- To Georgian Land line numbers: +/00 995 city code and the number
- To Tbilisi Local number: +/00 955 32 and the number
In roaming Geocell subscriber can be reached by dialing:
- From any international number: +/00 995 5 77 and the number
- From any Georgian mobile network: 5 77 and the number
- From any Georgian Local number: 8 577 and the number
To send SMS customer should dial:
+/00 country code, Mobile operator code and the number

*Calls to Geocell’s customer care number are charged by Roaming partners as international call to Georgia.
