Fraud prevention

Dear subscribers,

For your safety and fraud prevention, please consider the below recommendations:

You are in charge of the line that you legally own and will have to answer if it is used by another person or for any kind of SIM card abuse or fraud action. So do not pass your SIM card and /or any SIM data to other person. It increases the risk of SIM Card cloning and account abusing by fraudsters.

Always use PIN/ PUK codes for SIM card security.

Do no follow suspicious links or call back unknown numbers/missed calls as this may have unpredictable impact on your account

Please do not use unsecure links or suspicious applications/software and do not keep Bluetooth in ‘switched on’ mode permanently. This makes your handset more vulnerable for mobile viruses.

If you are going to purchase handset from other person, we highly recommend updating mobile software before you start using it.
